2. What is a pending order?
It means that the payment of the order has not been gone through. We only process order after the payment is received.
3. How do I know if I order successfully?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you if you place an order successfully at our website. If you do not receive it, please email us for assistance.
4. What currency are the items priced in?
All the items are priced in Pounds. You can change the currency at the top of the website if needed.
5. Do you have physical stores that we can visit and try on the wigs?
We are so sorry that we only offers products online without physical stores right now.

7. Do you have any discount code? If so, have do I use them?

For every order, you may apply only one available coupon. Please apply it when checkout.
8. What size should I order for my wig?
If you are not sure about your size, please refer to http://www.rewigs.co.uk/wig-cap-size.html or ask our customer service representative for advice.
For 3/4 and 1/2 wigs, there is no size choice.
9. Can I change the delivery address after the order is placed?
You may change your shipping address by e-mailing [email protected] with the order number and correct shipping address before the item is shipped out.
If the item has been shipped, we are so sorry that we cannot change the delivery address for you.
10. An order has been placed. Can I cancel it?
The order can be canceled before shipped out, please refer to our cancellation policy.
11. When will I receive my order?
All the hair products in our store are made to order. We will make every effort to ship to you as soon as possible once your item finishes production. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods, and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
12. What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
Please contact our Customer Service via [email protected] with the order number and picture of the parcel/item you received. We will work to resolve the problem immediately.
13. How to make a return & get refund?
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please contact our Customer Service via [email protected] first and our staff will help you.
Please note that without email notification to customer service or if 7 business days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.
