Wigs here are made to order, so please refer to our cancellation policy once you do not want the order.
Cancellation within 12 hours: email us with your order number, full refund is available.
Cancellation after 12 hours, before shipped out: 40% of the total will be charged as the restocking fee.
Cancellation after the item shipped out: we're sorry but there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. You’ll need to receive the order first and then return it for a refund. And we will charge shipping and handling fee if your package is already shipped out.
For all exchanges, please contact us first within 5 business days from receipt of product(s). No extra charges for first exchange, for the second time or above, all extra fees including postage are on you.
Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to you. Vice versa.
All exchanges on new, unused items only. Damage has caused (or miss handled) by customer will be customer's responsibility.
New item will be shipped out after the original item is received.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to us first within 7 days from receipt of products, stating the problems of the items. All wrong shipments (or defective item) must report immediately within 5 business days receipt of products and an photo evidence is needed. Defective item(s) for same style and same color need to be inspected by our professional. Return without permission is not acceptable.
If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. And please ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission, since we may not receive your returned goods, then we will not refund.
Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. And for orders with free shipping, a £7 handling charge will be incurred.
Important information about the returned item:
• Items should be in no used state, with no changes. Items that have been coloured or washed are non-returnable.
• The returned merchandise must be contained in its original package with all inserts. If not, the expense for the lost item will be deducted from the refund.
• All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Shipping and handling of original shipment is not refundable.
• Please return the merchandise via post office.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and returned to you in the same way you pay the order. Please allow two business days to deal the returned item. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee.
